  • Your Google email, device ID, and subscription tokens are used only to verify your subscription status and keep your account secure across devices.

• Your Data & Privacy:

  • Your data is never sold or shared for advertising or third-party marketing.

  • Data is used only for your personal golf experience within MyCaddie™ [Patent Pending].

• Cloud Storage:

  • We use a secure server to track your remaining free shots and manage your subscription. This information is tied to your device and account, never to your personal identity beyond your Google email for sign-in and subscription validation.

• No Ads, No Spam:

  • We do not display ads or send marketing emails.

What Happens to the Images after the AI Server Analyzes it:

• Temporary Use Only: The images are stored temporarily and are only used for the duration of the current session to complete the analysis task.

• Not Saved for Future Use: They are not stored, saved, or linked to your identity after the analysis is done.

• No Training Use: The images are not used to train or improve AI models.

• Directional Data: MyCaddie™ [Patent Pending] uses your device’s magnetic sensor to estimate shot direction. Results may be inaccurate due to magnetic interference, device calibration, or environmental factors beyond our control.

• Photo-Based Analysis: All recommendations rely on the quality of photos you provide. Poor lighting, low resolution, or unclear images can impact the accuracy of analysis.

• Distance Estimation: Club recommendations are based on your self-reported 7-iron distance. Distances for other clubs are estimated from this input and may not precisely reflect your personal club performance.

• AI Limitations: Shot advice and club selection are generated using advanced language and vision models. These models are not a substitute for professional coaching or on-course experience and may occasionally provide inaccurate or generic recommendations.

• External Data: Weather data is retrieved from third-party providers and may not always reflect hyper-local or real-time conditions.
